When asked if he is still hands-on, Dominik’s answer is an immediate "absolutely."
"As a Managing Director, I’m responsible for the overall health of the company, but that means looking after our employees and our relationships with dealers and farmers," he explains. "Because we are still a growing team, we jump in wherever help is needed. We work in all fields!"

"It was honestly incredible. I was so excited from the very start when I saw how much the different teams have achieved over the last year and what's coming our way this year. Seeing the new products and how they’ve used customer feedback to make everything easier to use is amazing. It’s great to see things constantly getting better and more user-friendly. It's been a lot of fun."
