Czech Republic & Slovakia| Beyond the Machine: How AGROTEC and FJDynamics Are Shaping the Future of Farming in Central Europe

In the sprawling agricultural heartlands of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the landscape is changing. It is no longer just about the size of the tractor or the strength of the plow; it is about the intelligence behind the wheel.

At the FJDynamics Global Dealer Conference 2026, one partner stood out as a titan of this digital transition. AGROTEC parts s.r.o., the largest supplier of ground equipment in the region, was honored with the 2025 Most Valued Partner Award.

This award is a testament to more than 35 years of excellence. With over a thousand employees across 53 branches in three countries, the AGROTEC Group has transformed from a machinery provider into a high-tech consultant. We spoke with Lukáš Renčín, the company's Product Manager for Precision Farming, to discuss how a thirty-year legacy is meeting the cutting-edge world of Artificial Intelligence.

A Community of Shared Experience

For Lukáš, the conference was as much about the people as it was about the hardware. Representing a group that manages nearly 40 brands across multiple sectors, he understands that innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum.

"It’s always good to see old friends and other dealers," Lukáš remarked warmly. "It is an opportunity to meet new partners, new friends, and share experience. So, it's perfect."

This spirit of collaboration is vital for AGROTEC, a company currently undergoing a major organizational transformation to optimize its service and logistics. In the fast-paced world of spare parts and machine repairs, sharing "best practices" with global peers ensures that AGROTEC stays ahead of the curve.

Precision Where It Matters: Passive Steering

When the conversation turned to the machinery on the demo floor, Lukáš was quick to identify the specific tool that would solve the most pressing problems for his farmers back home: Passive Steering (implement assistance).

In the Czech Republic, agriculture modernization is increasingly focused on "Intelligent Agriculture and Food Systems" (IAFS). While a tractor might be guided by GPS, the implement it pulls—whether a seeder or a sprayer—can often drift, especially in hilly terrain or difficult soil conditions.

"Maybe the most important feature what was allowed here was passive steering, say assistive steering for implements," Lukáš explained. "It could help our farmers to work more precisely because in tougher conditions, there could be problems to work in the right precision. So, implement assistant would be my choice." By ensuring the implement stays exactly on the path, farmers can reduce overlap, save on seeds and fertilizers, and ultimately protect their bottom line.

The AI Revolution: Simplifying the Complex

As the sector transitions toward digitalized machinery supported by EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) funds, the "buzzword" on everyone's lips is AI. However, for Lukáš and AGROTEC, AI is not just a trend—it is the foundation of the next generation of farming.

He sees FJDynamics' global strategy as a clear path toward a smarter field. "If I’m right, FJD will be more and more focused on artificial intelligence," he observed. "AI will be the future and will be more and more integrated into the products, the systems, and the agriculture itself." He highlighted features like precision spraying and guidance systems as the primary beneficiaries of this shift.

But the real value of AI isn't just in the "smartness" of the tool; it is in the usability. For a dealership group that prides itself on technical and software consulting, making complex technology accessible to the end-user is the ultimate goal.

"Globally, AI implementation systems and technology are changing the world," Lukáš said. "For us, it is also important to have products that are more easily operated, more usable, and more precise. By integrating smart technologies and AI assistant systems, the FJD systems will improve this."

Shaping the Business Landscape

The integration of AI assistants doesn't just change how a tractor moves; it changes how a business operates. Lukáš believes that the global structure of agriculture is being enhanced by this "Intelligence" layer.

By making machines easier to handle, AGROTEC can help farmers overcome labor shortages and increase environmental resilience—two key pillars of modern Czech and Slovak farming.

For Lukáš, the highlight of the entire conference was the deep dive into these very topics. "Maybe the part about introducing new products and precision farming was my favorite, because I’m focused on precision farming," he admitted. "For me, it was the most important part of today's conference."

Looking Forward to the 2027 Conference

As AGROTEC parts s.r.o. continues to streamline its logistics and spare parts availability—ensuring that machine repairs are performed with record speed—their partnership with FJDynamics provides the "brain" for the heavy metal they distribute.

The 2025 Most Valued Partner Award confirms that AGROTEC is not just a supplier, but a leader in the European market. As we wrapped up the interview, the mutual excitement for the future was palpable. "I’m looking forward to seeing you in 2027 again," we said.

"Me too," Lukáš replied with a smile. "Thank you very much." With partners like Lukáš and the AGROTEC team, precision farming in the Czech Republic and Slovakia looks brighter and smarter in the future.
