主な業務内容

• 電話または現地対応による、製品の設置、ソフトウェア操作、キャリブレーション、運用に関する顧客サポート
• 顧客からの共通課題の整理およびR&Dチームへのフィードバック
• 製品改善に向けた市場ニーズおよびフィードバックの収集
• 製品マニュアル、設置ガイド、FAQ、ナレッジ記事の作成・更新
• 代理店向け製品トレーニングの定期実施
• 新製品・新機能の現地テストにおけるR&Dチームのサポート
• その他、上長の指示による業務の遂行

応募資格

• 大学卒業または同等の知識・実務経験
• 精密農業製品分野におけるテクニカルサポート経験
• 技術的な基礎知識および理解力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 顧客ニーズを正確に把握し、社内へ適切に共有できる能力
• 営業、マーケティング等関連部門との連携力
• Proficient in English for written and oral communications
• 高い自己管理能力と主体性を持ち、前向きかつ意欲的に業務へ取り組める方。 チームワークを重視し、周囲と協力しながら成果を創出できる方。
